Definitions and Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, certain terms carry specific meanings that all j3 3pm members need to understand. A clear understanding of these definitions is essential to avoid any misunderstanding regarding the rights and responsibilities of each party.

• "Platform" refers to the j3 3pm.net website, the j3 3pm mobile application, and all related services operated by j3 3pm.
• "Member" refers to any individual who has registered a valid and approved account on the j3 3pm platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal account opened by a Member to access j3 3pm platform services.
• "Credit" refers to the cash balance in a Member's account that can be used across the various game types on the platform.
• "Bonus" refers to additional credits or special offers granted by j3 3pm to Members subject to specified terms and conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total wagering amount that must be met before a bonus or related winnings can be withdrawn.

In the event of any conflict between translated versions of these Terms and Conditions in other languages, the Bahasa Malaysia version shall be considered the authoritative and final version.

Account Registration and Eligibility

To register an account at j3 3pm, you must meet all eligibility requirements. j3 3pm reserves the right to reject any registration application or suspend any account found to be in breach of these eligibility requirements at any time.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You may not register more than one account using the same name, email address, phone number, IP address, or device information.
• Personal information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. j3 3pm reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.
• You may not open an account on behalf of another person or allow anyone else to use your account.
• J3 3pm employees, their immediate family members, and associated parties are not permitted to register as regular members.

Deposits and Withdrawals

J3 3pm supports a range of payment methods suited for Malaysian players, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and ShopeePay. All financial transactions are subject to the policies and procedures set out below.

• The minimum deposit is RM30 per transaction, unless otherwise stated in the terms of a specific promotion.
• All payment methods used must be registered in the member's own name. j3 3pm does not accept payments from third parties.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, for security and fraud prevention purposes.
• The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per transaction. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the payment method and verification process.
• J3 3pm reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawal requests that exceed certain limits.
• Deposited funds do not accrue interest and cannot be transferred to another member's account.

Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards

J3 3pm offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each offer. Members are advised to read the terms of each promotion carefully before accepting it.

• The welcome bonus is only available to new members making their first deposit. Each member may claim the welcome bonus once only, for the lifetime of their account.
• All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before a withdrawal can be made. The wagering requirement ranges from 10x to 30x depending on the bonus type.
• J3 3pm reserves the right to void any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraud, abuse, or a breach of terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and hold no cash value until the wagering requirement has been met in full.
• If an account is closed or suspended while an active bonus is in place, that bonus will be automatically voided.

Game Rules and Betting

Every game category at j3 3pm — whether Slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting, fish shooting, or e-sports — has its own specific rules. The following general rules apply to all game types on the platform.

• All game outcomes are final once the relevant round or match has fully concluded.
• In the event of a technical interruption during a game session, completed transactions will be retained, while unfinished rounds may be voided and credits returned.
• J3 3pm uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) system certified by an independent auditing body to ensure the fairness of every game.
• For Sports Betting, the odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply. j3 3pm reserves the right to void any bet in the event of a significant odds error.
• Live betting is subject to real-time odds availability and may be suspended at any time at j3 3pm's discretion.

Prohibited Conduct and Abuse

J3 3pm takes all forms of fraud, abuse, and unethical conduct on the platform seriously. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in firm action including account closure and fund freezing.

• Use of automated software (bots), arbitrage systems, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Collusion between multiple accounts to manipulate games or abuse the bonus system.
• Attempts to launder money through repeated deposit and withdrawal activity without genuine intent to play.
• Opening multiple accounts to evade restrictions or claim the same bonus more than once.
• Falsifying identification documents, address details, or financial information during registration or the KYC verification process.
• Using an account for commercial purposes or as an intermediary on behalf of a third party.

Account Security and Member Responsibilities

Account security is a shared responsibility between j3 3pm and its members. While j3 3pm employs the latest security technology — including 256-bit SSL encryption and continuous suspicious activity monitoring — members are also expected to take appropriate precautionary measures.

• Use a strong and unique password for your j3 3pm account — avoid reusing passwords from other accounts.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for stronger account protection.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including individuals claiming to be j3 3pm representatives.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.
• Report to the j3 3pm support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

J3 3pm is not liable for any losses arising from a member's failure to safeguard their login credentials, unless it can be proven that such failure was caused by a j3 3pm system fault.

Account Closure and Suspension

A j3 3pm account may be closed or suspended either at the member's own request or by j3 3pm for specified reasons. The process and implications for each scenario are outlined below.

• Members may request account closure at any time by contacting the j3 3pm support team. Any eligible remaining balance will be returned once the verification process is complete.
• J3 3pm reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice if a breach of these Terms and Conditions is suspected.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months will be subject to a monthly management fee of RM10, or the entire remaining balance if it is lower.
• All bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure for any reason.

Liability Limits and Disclaimer

J3 3pm provides its online gaming platform on an "as is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy of information, or game outcomes. j3 3pm's liability is limited as follows.

• J3 3pm is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
• J3 3pm's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.
• J3 3pm is not liable for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet issues, power outages, or natural disasters.

Terms Changes and Governing Law

J3 3pm reserves the right to amend, improve, or update any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, we will endeavour to inform members of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform.

• Changes to the Terms and Conditions take effect immediately upon publication on the platform unless stated otherwise.
• Continued use of the j3 3pm platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you disagree with any changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw all eligible funds.
